Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance. You will receive a full refund if you cancel and give at least 24 hours notice.

NO PRESENTATION
In the event of a “no-show” or cancellation within 24 hours of the confirmed reservation date, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

BAD WEATHER
On the rare occasion that your flight is canceled due to poor weather conditions, we’ll reschedule your flight at no extra charge or offer a full refund if we can’t find a time that works for you.
